Good Project Company was engaged to develop a masterplan for a housing development within Malibu County as part of the Woosley Fire rebuild. A series of three interconnected squares which define a plinth,ground floor, and second floor are arranged to take advantage of views and provide privacy from adjacent properties; and are shifted to create a series of cascading terrace patios.
